Vegan Burger

Just a little something to wet your appetite for the 30 Day Vegan Challenge. A nice hot juicy patty slathered with ketchup and mustard, garnished with some crisp lettuce and warm ripe tomatoes-YESSSS, that is what summer is all about! Yes, vegans can have the same delicious goodness without blood and grease, thank you. Now fire up your grill and try this!


This makes approx. 6 patties

We ate ours on Gluten Free bagels and topped them with ketchup, mustard, lettuce, and tomato-the choice is up to you! Also...fries and ketchup...yum.
