Vegan Burrito Bowl


Mexican food has to be the easiest food to prepare! It is so filling, delicious, and easy to make. I would say that burrito bowls make up at least 40 percent of our diet because they are so convenient! This is a little bit of a twist on a traditional burrito bowl because instead of guacamole, I used hummus which still gave it that creamy texture, but a different flavor. It was so good!
