Strawberry Chia Jam with Nut Butter


Everyone knows that peanut butter and jelly was a match made in heaven. As a health conscious vegan jelly is often a little on the iffy side. It is either not vegan or it is full of sugar and chemicals. But lets look at the picture above and just stare with happiness. You are looking at chia seed strawberry jam! If you live in this house strawberry jam is the only way to go when it comes to jams and jellies. Next, I could eat nut butters by the spoonful for every meal and not complain. Combine the two and bam! Happy Kayla. This is a great little snack cup that you can take with you to work or school or just sit and eat at home. I made mine with homemade sunbutter, but any kind of nut butter would work beautifully.
