Vegan Taco Salad


A lot of people eat salads for lunch and just throw together their same old lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and onion and then whatever dressing and call it a day. This salad is a great way to spice things up! It doesn't take a whole lot of work to try some new ingredients and Mexican is a good place to start because Mexican and Asian are the best, but Asian things are usually a little more complicate to make, so here we are.
