Ginger Pear Juice


So I have been juicing for two weeks now and I still love it. The majority of the juices are just vegetable juices which I have to say isn't the tastiest thing in the world (although I would love to say that I have a magical recipe to make them taste amazing without adding fruit). I added this ginger pear juice to my routine to mix it up a bit and because it just so happens that ginger mixes amazingly with pear and has great nutritional benefits.

Ginger is...
a natural anti-histamine (it helps reduce the effects of allergies)
an anti-spetic
an anti-inflammatory (it is great for after a good workout)
and of course helps to calm an upset stomach

In short, this is a great wintertime herb because it fights all those nasty cold symptoms.
