Vegan Stuffed Shells


I love stuffed shells! Anyone who loves pasta knows that stuffed shells are the jackpot of yumminess. They are full of "cheesy" goodness that is actually made from plant based foods, so there is nothing to feel guilty about. To finish, they are topped with incredibly flavorful marinara sauce and vegan cheese. The smell alone, is enough to bring a smile to your face. This is also a great dish to share with non vegan friends and family.
