When Steven and I first got married I got the privilege of seeing "Steven's Cook Book". This was an adorable little notebook full of recipes written in chicken scratch and only able to be interpreted by the man himself. One evening he spent some time trying to interpret his own hand writing and ended up making some delicious sweet and sour meatballs. They were possibly the only sweet and sour meatballs I had ever had and it was like general tso and homemade cooking coming together in one pot! This was my vegan interpretation of that dish.
