Pasta with "Meat" Sauce


This is a good, simple, easy recipe for those nights that you just don't have time to make a big dinner. I know some people never have sauce without meat in it because it adds an extra texture and flavor. This lentil "meat" sauce has a great texture and flavor and will get you full and fueled!

This would be great served with garlic bread which you can make yourself by simply drizzling olive oil or vegan butter over your favorite bread, sprinkling on a pinch of garlic powder and salt and then popping it into the oven to toast-super good!
