Avocado Toast


When I first became vegan I spent a lot of time eating bread with avocado. Most of the food that I ate when I first became vegan I haven't eaten again because I didn't quite have the hang of it yet, and well...it was gross. However, avocado toast was not one of those things-I still love and enjoy it. It is another quick and easy thing to grab when you are on the go!
