Strawberry Valentine

I know I am a little late, but that is how it goes when it comes to holiday specific blog posts. I don't like to get crazy with celebrating too early, but then it means that my posts don't go up until after the holiday is already over. There's always next year right? Or even better, love should be celebrated all year long so go ahead and make this treat!



Shakes/smoothies/sundaes are probably the things I make the most because they are so good and so simple to make. There are also a million variations that can be created. I made this one for my wonderful husband whom I was able to celebrate 5 1/2 years of marriage with on Valentines Day (we love that our half year falls on valentines because it makes it an extra special day). I wanted something pink or red and because he loves strawberries they seemed like a logical choice and then everything just came together from there.
