In recent years smoked paprika has really caught the attention of my taste buds. Without any effort I can make any food taste like it has been kissed with BBQ sauce and pulled straight off the grill. By taste you would never know that I actually pulled this beautiful ear of corn right out of the microwave instead!
Smoked Paprika Sweet Corn
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 ear of corn
1/4-1/2 tsp smoked paprika (according to how strong you want it. I like it on the stronger side)
1 tsp. earth balance butter
1 tsp braggs liquid aminos
Directions
Cook the corn however you wish, then rub butter and the aminos on all sides of the corn. To finish it off sprinkle your desired amount of smoked paprika on top.
Simple and delicious!
