I know it isn't fall and I really should be focused on all the delicious fruits and veggies in the horizon, but I have pumpkin. So, here is the first installment of the saga of the free canned pumpkin:
Serves: 2-4
Ingredients:
-4 frozen bananas (peeled)
-3-4 cups of almond milk (depending on how thick you want it to be)
-1/2 cup canned pumpkin
-1 half inch piece of vanilla bean (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
-1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
-2 droppers full of plain sweet drops (or 2 tbs of some other sweetener such as coconut sugar or pure maple syrup)
-2 cups of ice
-2 tbs raw cocoa nibs (or vegan/dark chocolate chips)
Directions:
1) As always, it is so easy! Throw (or place gently) all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy!
