Juice Pulp: Chips


So um, chips...who doesn't love em? I needed (again) another recipe to use up this juice pulp and I thought hey, I've made vegan bacon by dehydrating eggplant and that was pretty amazing, why not try chips? They ended up perfect and they are great to eat plain or with a little dip. The dip in this picture is a modified version of Buffalo Chickpea Dip from gf in the city (yum) and makes great pairing with these chips (also hummus is really good).

Now go get yourself some veggies and make some juice and chips and any other raw veggie goodness you can think of because it is so good for your body!
